Following the application of moisturizer is the application of A
primer, now not everyone understands the need to have a special prep
prime for your eyes. You need to know that because of our dark skin, the
colors of the shadow might look a bit dull except we apply a lot of it
and applying a lot of eye shadow is not ideal, so in order to enhance
the eye shadow color then we need to prime our eye lids.
These two application steps are very important when you want to
achieve the perfect look therefore as you are working on applying your
